Tool Probe Length Exception handling

Non-ATC machines, but maybe ATC as well -
When doing a tool length probe, if the tool does not reach the probe there is no error handling.
The machine needs to alert the user and wait until it has been rectified.
Possibly a popup on the screen with "Cancel Program" and "Try Change Again" where it does it again and brings the machine to the G59.8 position to try the M6 command
