Tool Probe Calibration of CMM Probe

CMM probe mechanism is a lot more sensitive compared to permanent tool probe.
Change Tool Length Probe cycle to also read if CMM probe is triggered, as the probe is fully compressing before the Permanent Tool Probe is triggered.
