How can I get rid of, can remove the lines starting with "HDR"?

What does this mean and how to fix it?
Maybe you can delete profiles? If so, how?

If you don't have a HDR compatibale screen you can remove the HDR profiles if you want.

Thank you. And how do I switch these profiles? Is it the same with audio/shaders?
The configuration is generally good, but explanations (comments in the conf) on how to enable/disable/remove what is not needed would be helpful. For example, if the setup is different.
