status of migration

Hi: in the context of OSGeo incubation, what is the status of the migration (and the issues in this issue tracker)? Is the migration completed?  Should the issues here be moved to the main ZOO-Project issue tracker at https://github.com/ZOO-Project/ZOO-Project/issues ?
