CziCheck should be able to verify that channel metadata is correctly present in either Dimension/Channels or at least DisplaySettings

We have some CZIs whose metadata in Dimension/Channels is not present.
This info is then stored in DisplaySettings as a legacy setting.

CziCheck should be able to confirm that these metadata are present, and that verify that this info is correctly stored
