The old ykpersonalize tool has an option called serial-usb-visible [1], that enables the serial number of the YubiKey in the USB iSerial field. Enabling this allows you to easily distinguish different YubiKeys (especially automatically via udev etc.).

I'd really like to see this option in ykman as well.
