Video snippets created are empty #91

Hello,
First of all thanks a lot for all your work!
My issue is that the files are there but are not readable because they have a size of 0.
I really don't understand what is happening, I tried tweaking a lot of parameters. The pngs are extracted successfully.
I can send you files if necessary!
(Also I tried generating gifs, but apparently imageio-ffmpeg is not pip installed).
I hope someone can help me, thanks a lot!
