Can't setup 4 LTE modems on version newer than 59.1

Hello!
First, thank you so much for this great tool. Using it a couple of years already.
But I have problem with newer version of ROUTER.

My setup is x86 system with 4 NDIS LTE modems ZTE MF833R. On router software version 59.1-5.4 I just add network interfaces with DHCP client and put them into WAN. Then enable MPTCP on all of them and everything works well for years.

On any version newer than 59.1-5.4 with all the same settings and hardware, there is only one of modems working and all other is not. They can switch, and other modem will be sending receiving data but all other are not. What the difference in newer version and which setting I should change to make all modems works together and use MPTCP?
