[Marking Store] Error when saving making store arguments from UI

Reproduce step:

1. Add arguments from UI (IMG1)
2. Click save btn several times
3. Get Error msg after clear cache(IMG2)
4. Main reason is it workflow.yml (IMG3)
5. Tmp solution is to delete extra "-" and space
