Synthesis Reproducibility Issue

I am testing reproducibility with yosys. I am using a docker container but getting different synthesized netlists depending on which computer I run on. Is there some seed that needs to be set to make sure I get the same results independent of which hardware platform or system I run on? Please let me know if anyone else has run into this issue and/or found a solution. Thank you!

Are the paths exactly the same? The src attribute could be influencing results.

On each machine, the absolute path of the file being synthesized is different since we have different directory structures on each machine. How does this influence the which gates are selected for the synthesized netlist, though?

I don't quite recall the details but I believe this information eventually gets squeezed into a hash value, which then influences order of iteration downstream, which then influences synthesis as synthesis is a deterministic but chaotic process (in particular LUT mapping, which is done through abc).
