Synthesis for Intel (Altera) FPGAs

Does Yosys support synthessis for the Altera DE2-115 (Cylone IV E) FPGA board?

Hmm; "sort of". The synth_intel code has seriously bitrotted compared to synth_intel_alm for Cyclone V, and Quartus also has known bugs where Verilog output in -vqm can cause ICEs. I myself have tended to avoid going via Quartus once even tenuous nextpnr support existed for Cyclone V.

So, Yosys probably will output something, but synthesis quality will likely be poor and Quartus might outright choke on the file.
