Please tag releases corresponding to nextpnr tags

Hi,

please tag releases on this repo that correspond to what was released in nextpnr. Y'all already do this for abc and syb (thanks @mmicko), but prjtrellis-db and now nextpnr are still a problem for Debian packaging tooling.

I can work around this but it makes importing new releases a manual and error prone process.

Not as pressing as it used to be. Our tooling is finally growing submodule support: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/devscripts/-/merge_requests/480

I would still recommend improving the release process here.
