Normalize strings to search, remove special chars

Normalize texts while search

Expected behavior

I found that for example in some groups for some languages (Spanish for example), that we use tildes, so we modify some letters (for example á or ó, or other languages like â, ä or å. While search, it would be nice if just normalize and don´t exist the need of enter specific tildes

So for search option all the special chars would be converted to the basic ones.

á --> a
â --> a
ä --> a
å --> a
