Add a 'Hello World' to the manual

The manual is not supposed to contain tutorials, however it could use a basic 'Hello World' guide for getting a basic program up and running, for first-time users.

This could be placed at the start of the Quick Start Guide section which then dives into more detail about GameMaker.

This page at its end would link to tutorial resources.
