I found a solution to my own problem using 'dbus-run-session niri --session'. Based on a Reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/136eaiw/comment/jipazsv/), I created a 'my-niri-session.target' in ~/.config/systemd/user/, then enabled waybar.service. I added 'systemctl --user restart my-niri-session.target' and 'systemctl --user restart waybar.service' to my script. Now I can use the xdg-desktop-portal-gnome share screen functionality in Google Meet, OBS Studio, and Zoom, plus waybar is working perfectly with Niri. |

I'm using Niri lately and want to use screen sharing for Google Meet. I'm using TTY login, and when I use 'niri --session', I can't use screen sharing. I did fix this using 'dbus-run-session niri --session'. Now my problem is that when using dbus-run-session, Waybar won't start using the autostart script or spawn at startup. Please help.
