Not working at all

For some reason Traveler's Titles does not work in my modpack. I do not know what causes this

hold up just got "overworld" title, though it many times doesn't work IDK why

Version 0.9.2 of modpack, the switch to NeoForge seems to have this fixed, possibly conflicting with on of the mods that were removed when switching to NeoForge.
