Traveler's Titles inconsistently showing title for custom dimension

I'm having some problems with Travelers Titles 1.20.1, for Forge, version 4.0.2. I've configured it to show titles for a custom dimension I made and added via datapack, but the titles are inconsistent:

• Log into world in custom dimension -> title shows for custom dimension
• Travel from custom dimension to nether -> title shows for nether
• Travel from custom dimension to overworld -> no title for overworld
• Travel from overworld to custom dimension -> no title for custom dimension

How can I get the titles to show between the custom dimension and overworld? The custom dimension uses the overworld's world gen, could that be causing the problem?

It looks like I do check for a dimension change based on the dimension's DimensionType, so if you're reusing the overworld DimensionType that could be the source of the issue
