Adapt styling of color for a selected entry in an xc-table due to Material update

Due to a change in the Material table component (mat-table), the current implementation of the styling for Zeta's XcTableComponent doesn't work correctly, anymore: Setting xc-table-selected-entry-color has no effect. The styling of the Zeta component needs to be adapted, accordingly.
