Getting the tags, artist, group etc. would be great - super bonus points if it works natively with Lanraragi (if anyone has a better program for doujin viewing and sorting I'd love to know)

Not sure if it's what you need but by going in the options of the extension by doing a right click on it

You can:

• Change the name format of the file:
  

• Change download format from ZIP to CBZ (I don't know what Lanraragi is but readers usually support cbz)
