Hi Anders Jay Faust,

I hope you’re doing well. I would like to kindly ask: when will the next Siberian update be released?

It’s been over a month since we raised a very important issue that remains unanswered — those of us who financially contributed to the development of XDelivery Pro and Appointment Pro are unable to download the latest updates because the system incorrectly shows our licenses as “expired.” The Appteam.it has also asked about this issue and has not received a response.

In addition, I have hundreds of iOS users who cannot access documents in the MigaArchive module. The Miga support team confirmed that this is a Siberian issue, not a problem with their module.

There’s also another critical problem: links inside the app are not working properly, which severely affects the user experience and the functionality of businesses relying on this platform.

As a developer and business owner, I need real solutions and clear communication. This is not a game — it’s a business, and our clients, like us, expect answers.

I appreciate your attention and look forward to a concrete response.
