[Modules] Allows licence key to be updated in case of change

**Issue**: 
When not renewing a licence key for an already installed module, the new licence key is not asked for

**Result**: 
the module does load because of the incorrect key

**Solution**: 
ask the new on install and/or allows user to update the key when needed
