Green Thumbnails from OBS Replay Buffer from CPU x264 I444 Video

Most of the time with my settings for OBS Replay Buffer done with CPU Encoding, almost all the thumbnails generated for them are green. The video plays back fine in MPV and ffplay. I uploaded a section of a clip of mine that generates a green thumbnail to google drive here.

I am using Icaros 3.3.4 Beta 1

This is due to x264 build check in h264_cabac.c
Reverting your tweak should fix it and should not be needed anymore.
