The XRP Ledger is an open-source distributed ledger and its documentation (also open-source) is maintained by XRPL community members in good standing. This includes technical writers from Ripple and other members of the XRPL community. While anyone can contribute to the xrpl-dev-portal repository, members of the XRPL.org Editors team in GitHub are maintainers of xrpl.org.
The goal of this initiative is to migrate the toolchain used to build and publish xrpl.org.
