• Testing: sideload the extension on your browser, test it, report any issues you've found
• General feedback: share your thoughts about the extension and its features. Propose changes or improvements
• Translation verification: make sure that the extension is correctly translated to a different language

Translation verificaion

Top priority (created with a help of AI, not verified by native speakers)

• Chinese
• Italian
• Spanish
• Polish

Other languages (verified, but second-look won't hurt)

• English
• Russian
• Ukrainian
• Portuguese (Brazil)

Installing the extension

1. Install one of supported browsers

The extension targets following browsers:

• Firefox 139 Beta or later (earlier versions are not supported due to lack of tab groups feature)
• Any version of Chrome
• Any version of Edge

Any other Chromium-based browser (like Brave, or Opera) should do the trick as well.

Safari is not supported.

2. Download latest RC version from GitHub release (tabs-aside-3.0.0-firefox.zip for Firefox, and tabs-aside-3.0.0-rcX-chrome.zip for any other browser)

Current active RC version is RC5 (23-May-25)

3. Follow sideloading instructions from the README.md

Reporting issues

Report any issues with the extension by replying to this thread (make sure to mention your browser version), creating an issue, or opening a PR. Make sure to follow Contribution Guidelines
