Fix or remove numbering #17
Description
It may be a better idea to remove equation numbering from TreeBlood altogether, as this functionality can be done entirely with CSS counters. Furthermore, CSS counters are better equipped to handle section and subsection numbering. Giving each equation a canonical number may still be wise, perhaps in the form of an ID or data-* attribute.
