Context Menu Usage and Accessibility Guidance

Overview

Context Menus are a common pattern in Canvas Kit, and while it's something we technically support, we're not providing any real guidance for usage. This discussion is a place to ask questions, collect thoughts, talk about edge cases, and share helpful examples. We do have an open issue to update our Preview Menu docs, and some of the discussion here will inform that work. Other feedback will likely need to be applied when we decide to refactor the component.
