configure AddSwaggerWithKeyCloakPasswordAuthentication to have default values for some params

• additionalSwaggerCfgAction should be moved at the end of arguments list and have null as default, if this argument is null we omit call this delegate
• scopes could have 2 default values profile and email as a most commonly used
