Benchmark on DigitalOcean and Netcup VPS - 1st VPS of both

Looks like digitalocean is better in lower config than netcup. Both of them sold SSD.
But the difference is in price.
Digitalocean: $7 per month without tax
Netcup: $2.73 per month without tax

I would like to have some opinion on this.
