The process remains after the comparison is completed

Hello.

I upgraded to version 2.16.46.2 and changed it to refer to the ini file settings.
When run from command line, the winmerge process remains for about 5 minutes even after the winmerge window is closed.
Is there any way to improve this?
The command prompt window displays "Close the folder comparison window, which took a long time?".
This message is set to Yes in the GUI.
This issue does not occur when this message is not displayed.

I tried specifying folders that take a few minutes to generate a report, but when the window was closed, the WinMerge process had already terminated.
It seems that the issue might be related more to the contents of the folders being compared rather than the settings.

I waited until the process was complete, it worked without any errors, so I would like to continue using it as is.
