tl;dr
no ;c

the reason is because the vision of sway is to provide the same experience as base i3 but on wayland and nothing more which includes decorations like rounded corners or blur
unless i3 gets these features too, it wont be a thing
i3 will never get the same decoration features as its a window manager made on x, so they cant make things like rounded corners or blur for transparent windows without a separate x compositor
theyve also actively encouraged forks like swayfx if people want eyecandy rather than making feature requests or prs, which makes it even less likely

it depends on your distro, but for the main ones (debian, ubuntu and mint imo) there likely wont be a package for swayfx since it isnt popular relative to other compositors and there arent maintainers willing to maintain it in their respective official repositories
