How to connect Tekmar 482 to HA.

Is its RS232 to USB and plug into device running HA? I am using HA as a VM.

Install the packet server add-on first:

https://github.com/WillCodeForCats/tekmar-packetserv

Then install the integration, and configure the integration to connect to the packet server.
