初始安装 选择 中文 成功启动 重启软件 语言包回到了英文了

I tried changing the language to Spanish and the new setting was kept on restart.maybe you are using an old version? What OS is ImHex installed to? The language is save with the settings that should be in the default location for your OS. In windows it is in

%APPLOCALDATA%\imhex\config\settings.json.

That's a text file you can easily edit. Note that there may be parts of the user interface that haven't been translated to your language selection and they will show in English. You can contribute to the translation effort using pull requests on the ImHex repository where the language translation files are stored.
