Main parameters

We included thirteen parameters to adapt to different hardware environments, experimental conditions, and fluorescence microscopes. To simplify the usage of this software, we have classified them into three categories: fixed parameters, image 419 property parameters, and content-aware parameters.

Fixed parameters

Options:

  • 3D imaging: The input images are whether or not 3D images.
  • GAIN: the brightness of the image can be altered via this control bar.
  • Background: The background estimation level chosen by user.
  • Iterative deconvolution : The deconvolution method chosen by user.
  • Up-sampling: The up-sampling method chosen by user.
