Dev Docker on Windows

Is there an issue running dev docker version on windows?
I keep on getting this issue -
exec /app/bin/start-dev: no such file or directory

I don't think it has ever been tested on Windows, so there might be some issues in that. How do you run it? Any errors during container build?

Hello, apologies for the delay. This is what I get when I run the build command -

And I did check my Dockerfile it does have the last 3 lines in my weblate\dev-docker\weblate-dev\Dockerfile

This looks okay; the file is copied to the container.

What is the content of that folder in the container? You can list it for example using docker run --entrypoint /bin/sh weblate-dev:latest -c "/bin/ls -la /app/bin".

Ah, I think https://stackoverflow.com/a/76087946/225718 explains this behavior. 4faad91 should address it, but I'm not sure if updating the repository will convert the file or if you have to do it manually.

I believe we have found the root cause as you said. I followed the stackoverflow guidelines and just downloaded the repo as zip file and then ran ./rundev.sh and I was able to get it up and running -
