Description

This PR does the following:

1. Adds maxlength attributes to form fields for "Custom" items. This matches up with what CTCT does already.
2. Updates custom field API methods to allow for specifying amount to fetch.
3. Outputs a comma-separated list of available custom fields at the end of the field builder.
