master or development?

Working on my own project, after a long time debugging why my stuff wasn't working, I realized it was a bug in AsmResolver.

I read contributing.md but not sure whether to fork master, or development. How serious is serious?

The bug makes AsmResolver change the behavior of the target app, simply opening and saving the assembly.

(I also have another bug that isn't as critical, but is blocking for what I'm trying to do; should this be a separate fork and request?)

You can start with making an issue on the issue board.

If you already have a fix in mind as well, you can also fork the project and create branches coming out of development. Please try to create separate branches and Pull Requests for separate (independent) problems/fixes. It makes reviewing easier.
