i just have the General and Macro tab.why there is no timer tab shows up?

Unfortunately, I am not sure what you are referring to.

What would you expect to be able to configure on this tab?
Is this something you were able to access in the past?

it should have a Time tab in Advanced scene switcher.but mine just have General and Macro tab.

I guess you might be referring to one of the "legacy" tabs.
They are hidden by default.
You can show them by un-ticking the "Hide tabs which can be represented by macros" option on the general tab.
