download to a second disk

Hello, 
I installed "Video" and "Video Encoder" on a computer. 
the system disk is not very big, it would be useful to be able to change the destination of the file you want to encode.
example: the file toto.mp4 is downloaded to the hard drive: disk_2 which is connected via USB. 
but no changes in Avideo.
