Description
Need templates for:
Packages: Blank package, working cmakelist, commenting on how to add nodes/classes/services/...
Nodes (cpp): Small example nod with the publisher, subscriber, argument dependency, nodename, rosparam getters, robot generalization, communicating to classes.
Nodes (py): same as above
Classes: Interfaces for nodes, including custom ros message
Actionlibs: request, status
unit test: unit test for nodes
