Generalize event Files to Resources

I think this is worth a larger discussion, but I think the Files tab can be a bit smarter. For example, lots of events share runs of show, etc. as Google Docs documents and we do lots of planning in Slack Canvases: besides floor plans, the Files tab doesn't seem to get used much anymore.

I think the Files tab should allow arbitrary URLs. This would open a lot of possibilities, such as up-to-date to run-of-show documents, Canvases, and client-provided Spotify playlists.

There's an argument that these external documents may be ephemeral and aren't useful for future CC's looking back, but currently useful resources like these which may show CC's planning process get lost when the event channel is deleted in Slack.

A future improvement could also integrate further with Slack to automatically include links and files sent in the event channel.

This is actually exactly the goal and I want to move all file storage to sharepoint
