Update the license files in CASE to include licenses listed at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/was-liberty/base?topic=installation-viewing-license-information:

Britney Hawkins provides the tWAS Licenses
Marylin Lincoln provides the CP4Apps Licenses

• IBM Cloud Pak for Applications Advanced 5.3
• IBM Cloud Pak for Applications Limited 5.3
• WebSphere Application Server Liberty Core 9.0.5.20
• WebSphere Application Server 9.0.5.20
• WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment 9.0.5.20
• WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.26
• WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment 8.5.5.26
