Use arabic numbers when locale is set to Arabic

Describe the bug
We were asked to have the date picker show Arabic Numbers instead of the "western" ones if the locale is set to Arabic. See also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hindu%E2%80%93Arabic_numeral_system

To Reproduce

• Create component with locale set to Arabic
• See wrong days in the calendar like "1 2 3 4 ... 29 30 31"

Expected behavior
Have proper Arabic numbers like "١ ٢ ٣ ٤ ٥ ٦ ٧"
