Voiager Explorer: note formatting

Description

Notes displayed in the Voi Explorer are currently unformatted or difficult to read, especially when containing structured data (e.g., JSON or multiline text). Improving how notes are parsed and presented would greatly enhance readability and user experience.

Tasks

• Replicate issue (Locate conversation in Discord or contact Angel)
• Review how notes are currently rendered in the explorer
• Apply formatting to handle common structures like JSON, newlines, or markdown
• Ensure long notes are truncated with an option to expand if necessary

Expected Outcome

• Specific issue is resolved
• Notes in the explorer are cleanly formatted and easy to read
• Structured data (e.g., JSON) is displayed in a readable format
• Improved UX for viewing note fields across different types of transactions
