Explain how to create pathways

I wish to create pathways for my application. But examples are not clear.
I should create a pathway file, but by opening for example the pathway file example_ammonia it looks like this:

Paths with ion flow Cl: 0 H: 0
Path 0: Flow = 0.8 RLS = (2, 3)
1 (1, 0, 0, 0, 1, 0)
2 (1, 1, 0, 0, 1, 0) 0.9
3 (1, 0, 1, 0, 1, 0) 0.8
4 (1, 0, 0, 0, 1, 0) 0.9

That for me it is completely not understandable.

Hi @Daniele-Dondi,

The files within the examples_ammonia folder required for the pathway generation are the following:

1. species_comp.out
2. reaction_rates.out

The pathways_ammonia.txt is a dummy file that will be removed/updated in the next version. You shouldn't worry about the specifications within the file.
