Remove the pyproject.toml file from visiumlint to let user repositories set their own settings #10
Description
As was agreed in this meeting, the pyproject.toml will be read on the client side and when using visiumlint in a CI, as in VisiumCH/check-python-style, the configuration will be provided with the pyproject.toml file of the CI itself.
