[Feature]: Add support for SHA256 object format

Getting above error, when trying to pull for the first time.

I'm very sure, this is related to not supporting sha256 object format.

1. This error needs to be understable, rather than that garbled mess.
2. SHA256 object format must be supported. It's a simple switch and takes no real effort to implement.

Pull repository.

Exception or Error

Did not find any exception in Android log.

I found this somewhat stale discussion, if you want to make some noise (no issue to be found)
libgit2/libgit2#5840

Down the line, I might try forking libgit2 to add this as an experimental feature, but I also can't find anything online about other's experience with that so would need a lot of testing even for an experimental feature.
