Add ability to run multiple processes, and emit output on both stderr and stdout in container

The way container logging works under conmon (both via podman and Kubernetes/CRI-O), logs from stdout and stderr are written to the one container log file.

We need the load driver to emit logs on both pipes, and from multiple processes.
