Empty Output Files After Docking Execution

Dear RLDOCK Support Team,

I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I've encountered while using RLDOCK for docking a RNA-ligand complex. I am using .mol2 files for both the ligand and RNA, along with a grid configuration file. However, after running the docking, the output files generated are empty.

Attached are the relevant files for your analysis:

1) .mol2 files of the ligand and RNA.
2) grid configuration file.
3) Output files

Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue and how I can resolve it to obtain the expected results?
