How did you install Veil? (Apt, Clone from Github, etc.)

Pastebin link to error you are encountering (include console actions you took prior to error)
I cant even give them.
Expected behavior
Is there any way for me to download and use this on windows? I cant open the setup file or anything and none of the videos online showcase a windows installation only a linux install which I don't have.
