Followed up directly already but the other recommendation would be bindiff/binexport. I haven't used ninja diff recently unfortunately but we will coordinate a demo so you can try it on binaries you care about. For headless processing, that's very well supported. This section of the docs might be helpful when you are evaluating that capability: |
